Registration fees (without VAT)

PhD candidates, postdocs                           50€

Academics                                                 100€     

The fee includes lecture materials, coffee breaks, lunches from Tuesday to Friday & the gala dinner on Wednesday.

The accommodation is not included. Please see our suggestions to book your hotel.

Registration procedure

The registration are made on first-come first-serve basis.

The registration is definitively validated upon payment.

A waiting list will be created for persons who cannot register before June 1^st because the maximum number of participants has been reached.

The registration fee can be paid with "bon de command" (for French participants only) or credit card.

Important notice before registration and payment

Due to technical issues, once you have entered our payment module, you cannot postpone your payment. If you postpone the payment after entering the payment module, you will have to register with another login to finalize your payment.

As a consequence, if you decide to pay your registration fees by credit card, please make sure to complete your payment without delay once you have reached the credit card payment module.

For participants registering with CNRS fundings, only payments with "bon de commande" is possible (you cannot use the CNRS "carte achats").

Cancellations and refunds

If you are unable to attend the summer school, please inform us as soon as possible to allow us to offer a supplementary place to participants of the waiting list.

Cancellations must be notified by email at sosmod@sciencesconf.org.

Due to the processing charge in regard of the low fees, no refund will be possible upon cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
